MANILA, Philippines – Three days after the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) peace rally, critics of Vice President Sara Duterte held a Mass for peace and justice at the iconic EDSA Shrine.
Father Flavie Villanueva, the main presider at the Mass, prayed that the nation be healed from its “leprosy.” Father Angelito Cortez, who delivered the homily, said the Vice President’s impeachment is a “moral obligation.”
